She is a passionate and dedicated partner in the firm, focused on providing legal solutions for investors in commercial and corporate law practice.
She is currently undergoing a PhD programme in law and at the verge of obtaining LL.D. she holds a master of Laws with a certificate of specializing in international Business Law from Birmingham City University. She acquired a first degree in Law (LL.B) from the University of Jos, Nigeria and was admitted to the Nigeria Bar in 2012 as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Commonwealth Lawyers Association, and The section for Business Law, NBA, International Dispute Resolution Institute and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
While in active legal practice, she has also been involved in different facets of academic research, thereby contributing her quota to advancing the body of legal knowledge. Some of these areas range from corporate governance, Trans-border transaction, media and telecommunication, Merger and acquisition to mention but a few.
